NOTHING IS IMPASSABLE

1.       Introduction

Turkmenistan, which is located in Central Asia, is considered as a sort of ‘authoritarian’ or ‘closed’ country in terms of their political system and foreign policy. Although thanks to its reserves of natural gas, ranked among the top of ten in the world[1], lots of countries have tried to have warm diplomat relations with this country, this country seems to be reluctant to open their politic or economy to the world. Also, in spite of rapid natural gas export growing this makes annual economic growing on fifteen to sixteen percentages, people on average can make money only ten to thirty dollars one month and unemployment rate on thirty to forty percentages. These problems are related to politics strongly, so I would study Turkmen politics to discover causes of problems.
